  • 1.What services do you provide?
    Services offered are Twilight Photography, Still Photography and Video Walkthroughs, Drone Photography, 3D walkthroughs, and Head Shots
  • 2.What are your hours?
    Open 10 am-8 pm most days. Best to contact the owner to determine availability.
  • 3.How long will the photography session take to complete?
    Timeframe will be determined based on the size of the property, the quantity of still’s requested, and service products requested.
  • 4.What is the cancellation policy?
    If the appointment needs to be cancelled, we request 48 hours notice. If not, we will keep half of the deposit. If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, we will keep the entire deposit.
  • 5.What are your prices?
    Please refer to the price sheet. Most packages will have base pricing, however any specialized requirements can be priced during a conversation with the scheduler.
  • 6.How much notice do you need to schedule my appointment?
    Scheduling will be based on availability. We request 96 hours in most scenarios.
  • 7.What is your turn around time for providing ordered services?
    Most services will be delivered within 24 hours. Specialized requests will be completed on a case by case basis.
  • 8.How will I receive my ordered services?
    Services will be delivered via a secure link to a cloud based website.
